Spring of Prayer

How wonderful it is to have a group of people who pray ceaselessly for our intentions! Nothing is more powerful in the world than an intercessory prayer. That is the reason why, whenever we meet people or write to them, we always wind up saying, "Pray for me." It is a noble thing to pray for others - and this is exactly the mission that Spring of Prayer at Shrine Basilica, Vailankanni, has taken upon itself. A group of people under the leadership of Rev Fr Joseph Jerald, Rev Sr Leela Josphine and Rev Sr Fathima Dhanaseeli pray 24/7 for the many intentions devotees of Our Lady of Vailankanni bring to them.

When you visit Vailankanni next time, make sure that you drop in at Spring of Prayer at least once.

You may also send your prayer requests to Spring of Prayer online, by clicking the "Submit Your Prayer Request" icon below. What happens to these prayer requests sent online? Print-outs are taken and they are kept at the altar of Our Lady at the main basilica and prayed over. Also Fr Joseph Jerald will send a personal reply to each sender.
